I changed my default browser to Chrome, and broadly the same problem with very minor difference.

Now SandboxieRpcSs.exe and Chrome.exe are permanently loaded in the Sandboxie control panel, but still no web page shows.

Thanks. That *sort of* solved the problem, in that I can now open a browser window in what it claims to be a sandbox. It seems to have nothing to do with Avast. Red herring. I thought it might only because the installation routine warns of potential compatibility issues.

I uninstalled Avast, and then reinstalled Sandboxie, but the same error messages arose.

So, problem persists. Bump?
