Sandboxie Support

Printing to a PDF (printer icon) worked perfectly until I upgraded from FireFox version 56 to 58.0.2. FF tells me this is the latest version of its browser. The PDF gives either a blank page and/or an error message that simply says, "An error occurred while printing" and a blank page is the result. ...

APMichael: Ok. I've tried to mess it up, but the bookmarks and history seem to be holding since we took that mysterious line out of the Sandboxie.ini file. I have no idea how it would get there, but it certainly fixed my issue.

APMicheal: I tried your suggestion and the situation seems to have been resolved. I've made a couple of tests and the bookmarks hold. I want to try it again, but so far, it's looking good. And if you have any suggestions for how to get the Adobe toolbar back at the top of FF, that would be great.

The path referred to is for Adobe Acrobat which used to be an option on my FF toolbar, but apparently is not supported in one of the many updates to FF that have been released. I tried to upload the Sandboxie.ini and it wouldn't allow the extension. I tried several fake ones including blank. This one has a jpg but it's really ini. I'm guessing it won't upload either........

What extensions are allowed besides images?

I agree. FF works fine outside of SB, but not from within.

Yes, I know that the old profile is still there, but can I import passwords, history, settings, etc. from the old profile to the new one if the old one is indeed damaged?

I've forgotten. What do I lose if I create a new profile?

No, nothing about this is tricky. FF is installed normally, I don’t have multiple profiles, and I haven’t tested a new SB.
