Re: sbie2214 'service bits' and sandboxiedcomlaunch.exe
When an alert pops up, one of the options is "copy contents to clipboard" what exactly am I copying? You ll be copying the body of the Sandboxie message if you click "copy contents to clipboard". I guess this option is available to make it easy to copy and paste the message here at the forum, in a ...

what exactly am I copying? I was afraid to try that because it seems I would be letting something out of the sandbox

Thank youCurt@invincea wrote:These msgs are just Sandboxie telling you that something did not run because it requires elevated rights. So, there is no security lost by hiding these msgs. However, something in Live Mail (mail download? update? certificate check?) is unable to execute.

Re: sbie2214 'service bits' and sandboxiedcomlaunch.exe
Is ignoring the message by hiding the pop up Ok, as far as security goes? I don't want to drop rights in email. In my opinion, it is OK to hide the message that you are getting IF you are not seeing anything working incorrectly. Last December there was a SBIE message that people were getting when r...

Re: sbie2214 'service bits' and sandboxiedcomlaunch.exe
I am also getting the same pop up with my email client (windows Live mail). It just started about a week ago and I also have not done anything new that i can think of.
Is ignoring the message by hiding the pop up Ok, as far as security goes? I don't want to drop rights in email.
Thanks

temporary internet files
How can I force/keep temporary internet files in the sandbox?
When I try to move the folder to sandbox, it does not seem to allow it (IE9). The "OK" button stays greyed out
Thanks

Thanks. You can enable the IE 10 cookie settings in Sandbox Settings > Applications > Web Browser > Internet Explorer > Allow direct access to Internet Explorer cookies You can get rid of any custom settings that you entered to get the same result. And you can probably just keep them, all the same ...

Did you get a suggestion from Sandboxie to activate compatibility settings for KeyScrambler? At the same time, the last compatibility update was for KeyScrambler 3.0, perhaps version 3.1 made some changes. I just reinstalled 4.02 and have the old version of KeyScrambler running and it is now workin...

SB4.02 and KeyScrambler 3.1
I just installed and purchased SB 4.02 and updated Key Scrambler to 3.1. Key Scrambler is not working in any sandboxed application (IE9, Roboform, Windows Live Mail). I tried the workarounds posted in Beta 4.1 and did not have any sucess. Can you look into this and point me in the right direction Th...

SB 4.02 and IE10 cookies
Is the workaround you posted for forcing IE10 to retain cookies built into 4.02 or should I still follow those instructions.

Re: Cookies IE10
Hello Sandboxie Version 3.76 64-bit Win 7 Professional 64-bit sp1 I've just upgraded to IE10 and installed the latest Sandboxie version. My problem is that when IE10 is started in Sandboxie it does not see or save the cookies and history outside in the operating system. I've checked the box marked ...

Having separate topics for separate discussions is useful, but not flooding the forum is also good etiquette. If you're just starting, and have a bunch of questions, I don't see anything particularly wrong with a topic like "just starting with Sandboxie and I find that I have a few, possibly unrela...

Your specific problem aside, I would like to point out that in your six posts in this forum, you started four different topics threads. Please try to be more conservative in the way you're creating new topics. And as for the specific problem, you're correct about the potential conflict, see this to...

Blue Screen crash... Experimental Protection Feature enabled
3.72 64 bit If the experimantal protection is the culprit, and I uncheck that is the windows kernal ok or has it been damaged. I could reinstall my OS from an image if necessary. the blue screen said a lot but all I could read was "bad pool header" I am using NOD 32 and there has been some talk that...
