Re: Firefox isn't caught
Double clicking on the .lnk file starts FF but Sandboxie doesn't catch the process and forces it into the sandbox. So clicking the FF shortcut launches FF in the SB? And you've set firefox.exe as a forced program? That is what is expected. Why are you making a template to force FF? You simply add t...

Re: Can't save file to a mounted partition (in a path)
Few things Windows Server 2012 R2 U1 x64 DE Windows Server is not officially supported for Sandboxie. So SBIE may/may not work as expect. http://www.sandboxie.com/index.php?FrequentlyAskedQuestions#Requirements If this was Windows 7, 8.1 or 10, then maybe we could troubleshoot it. Dealing with Serve...

Or roll back the driver.
There is no other fix at this time. There is no ETA.

Re: Chrome won't open in sandboxie
latest beta of Sandboxie fixes the problem What you are describing is a classic issue with an offending security program. Our betas have nothing to do with Comodo. We don't adjust SBIE for the benefit of a 3rd party security product. Nothing in the beta's address that. beta.sandboxie.com for change...

Re: Chrome won't open in sandboxie
What 3rd party security and or antivirus programs are you running? Sounds like you're running one that does not work with SBIE. Anything on this list? http://www.sandboxie.com/index.php?KnownConflicts When you first install SBIE, you're notified what may be an issue. Otherwise you can run program co...

Curt sent them what they needed to address in their code 6 months ago. We haven't heard anything else from them. Nor do we expect that given their lack interaction and responsiveness

Re: Antivirus/Anti-malware|SBIE v5+[working/not][Updated 8/2
KIS has not been fixed. It may never be. We've told them what needs to be fixed on their end. It's not a SBIE issue. Until THEY fix thier product, it remains a Known Conflict. SBIE notifies you of that upon installation. It's not a surprise. It's listed in our forums too. And on our website. The sma...

Re: Microsoft Edge support please
Hi, OK thanks....but I think the idea of an ETA is that you ESTIMATE when it might be ready. I wont hold you to it but it has been 7 months since I started this topic, when you were supposedly working on it, so I would have thought by now you would at least have a rough estimate of how long it will...

Re: Cannot Update Google Chrome Inside SBIE
You should always update your browser (or any software run as sandboxed) outside of the sandbox first.
Update. Then confirm it was updated.
Delete the contents of your sandbox.
Run the updated program in that sandbox.

Sorry you feel that way. This has been our position with Steam for some time. I would suggest you use a different method then.

Re: 5.13 Beta Available (latest version 5.13.5)
I was using beta version 5.13.4 and was having issues with steam whenever downloading or deleting, it would freeze and at times crash steam I had to revert to 5.12 to get it to work again, hope you guys can manage to fix that issue. And I do not wanna hear "it is not intended to be used with steam"...
