After about 30 starts/quits I got this: SBIE2335 Initialization failed for process SandboxieRpcSs.exe [55 / 8] SBIE2337 Failed to start program: [55 / 1067] SBIE2204 Cannot start sandboxed ...

I too am still having the same errors but they seem to happening a lot less often.
For me they started after the last lot of Windows updates - I think I was already on .08 at the time.

I see (I think). So ANYPROG.EXE outside the Sandbox can run while ANYPROG.EXE inside the Sandbox won't?
Why not put *.* there?

I may be missing something here but why is this more secure than just putting FIREFOX.EXE in?

A big thank you for this, Tzuk.

I'd abandoned my download manager in favour of the extra security Sandboxie gave me.

Actually I'm quite curious to know what has the file open so even if Unocker isn't used to delete the file, it may help us identify an offending process.

If you install Unlocker http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/
it should be able to tell you what has the file "open" and it will, should you want it to, force the deletion of the file.
