I'm relatively ignorant where technology is concerned, but I have a 'noob' suggestion... Have you tried turning your computer off and on again? Or exiting Sandboxie and restarting it? I only today discovered that lifetime licenses are back and I'm very pleased. Pleased enough to register on the forum, make a post and pay for a license or five!
