It's best to install programs like that on your host, then run them "as sandboxed." I have seen the same error when installing vcredist-2008 (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26368) inside a sandbox on Win10-x64/SBIE-5.04 without AV.
