Re: Office Update trying to start inside Default Sandbox
Do you mean the current sandbox config that is running or the config of the one it seems to want to run in? Seems to be outlook 1x a day at moment (when it first happened it was popping up a lot). Outlook2016 MSO 16.09001.2080 32bit As soon as I select File > Office Account > Update Options > Update...

Re: Office Update trying to start inside Default Sandbox
I did it before posting but it seems temporary. Also looks like office just stopped checking. I don't have any forced programs I was just grasping at straws. the problem is still there though I just used the Office > Account > Check for updates and straight away I get the sandbox warning. And it is ...

Office Update trying to start inside Default Sandbox
I started outlook today (NOT IN SANDBOX) as I do each morning and I saw there was an office update available. I selected and a moment later I got a warning about trying to start a program in another sandbox when one is running. I have a sandbox called test and I am running a program. SO I thought st...

Re: Autodesk - updated Visual C++ now no programs run in SB
I never did solve this I had to only use sandboxie on machines that did not have to use Inventor 2017+ something added during the install stops sandbox starting. I now have a brand new desktop, Windows 10 and have Inventor 2018 installed along with any default C++ etc files it force loads. Today I i...

Re: Autodesk Inventor breaks Sandboxie
I will try this I ended up giving up and only running sandboxie on computers that did not require Inventor by Autodesk none of my testing worked. I have a new PC and I have to use Inventor2018 it was one of teh first things installed (Win 10, then Office then Inventor). I now added sandboxie and it ...

Re: Autodesk - updated Visual C++ now no programs run in SB
Thank you. My plan is wait a few days backup those dll's, make a new snap shot restore point, install each c++ 2012, 2013, 2015 before re-installing Inventor. See if one breaks it and then if it does do something with those dll's you listed, either from the backup or remove and let sb installer add ...

Re: Autodesk - updated Visual C++ now no programs run in SB
Well I have no clue I removed all my c++ after each one I restarted the sandboxie service and tested. I then uninstalled Inventor 2017 and all the extra ancillary programs it adds, material libraries, 360, license etc and after each I tested. Maybe a reboot would also be needed but I could not risk l...

Re: Autodesk - updated Visual C++ now no programs run in SB
C++ 2010 has no repair option and I cannot reinstall as the official source version indicates the installed version is newer. Ran the sandboxie installer again (did not remove) it installed same issue. I changed view to program name and I can see the first few programs start, then wait then all close.

Re: Autodesk - updated Visual C++ now no programs run in SB
I had to undo the restore so I could continue work on my system (non sandboxie related). I also now notice that I have no audio in sanbox run apps which I can only launch by browsing to the relevant c:\sandbox folder. I would guess another failed dll not allowing audio or maybe a failure of the meth...

I had used it yesterday, woke my laptop up from sleep, installed the new CAD (not in sandbox) worked for an hour or so then wanted to launch my sandbox it refused, I updated...
