Re: sanboxie with perl and gmail attachments
You could always open your Start menu - click on Sandboxie - and from the drop down menu you then click on "Run Windows Explorer Sandboxed" and continue on as usual. That way anything you do is within Sandboxie. You can specify that only Perl can run and/or access the Internet. That way if something...

Re: Sandboxie doesn't seem to be isolating Opera files
Do you have any templates enabled for Opera? (such as the ones for bookmarks, or history? ) http://i.imgur.com/E8B3aWg.jpg Is CCleaner looking inside the C:\Sandbox folder? If that's the case, then the files should show up there until you delete the contents of your Sandbox. http://i.imgur.com/Sr2m...

Vivaldi won't automatically delete
Was wondering if anyone else was having this 'problem'. It always deleted itself in the past but now I have to open SBIE and manually delete...(I know, first world problems) The Windows version number -- Windows 7 64bit Sandboxie version number -- SBIE v5.16 NAME & Version/build numbers of any appli...

Re: Chrome won't open in sandboxie
Ok, I uninstalled Comodo Cloud AV and Chrome started normally. It must have something to do with the latest version of Chrome + Comodo because everything was working before the update. As I said earlier, in the past, when Chrome wouldn't open, I would just update to the latest beta and it fixed it. ...

Re: Chrome won't open in sandboxie
Yeah, I know you don't address 3rd party AVs and that's understandable. I have had no problem with the Sandboxie/Comodo running along side each other for years - but - I'm 99% certain I could survive with just Sandboxie alone. I've been using Sandboxie since 2009. I'm going to "roll back" my PC to t...

Re: Chrome won't open in sandboxie
I run Comodo Cloud AV and I have Sandboxie/Start.exe listed in my "exclusions" - it's never been a problem - like I said, usually the latest beta of Sandboxie fixes the problem. When I installed the beta I turned off the AV and Comodos sandbox I noticed that Chrome updated itself on the 18th and tha...

Re: Suddenly, Chrome will not work

I also rebooted the PC but it didn't help...fti
I typed in google.com and it still says SNAP

Suddenly, Chrome will not work
This morning everything was working normally...this afternoon, not so much. Chrome opens but will not function - no homepage, internet, bookmarks, tools, extensions etc will not open..it just says "Aw snap" Starts up just fine outside of the sandbox - so I disabled most (not all) extensions, and it ...

Re: Sandboxie4 vs. Angler Exploit Kit...
(at least that was said on Wilder security forums, that sandboxie needs to block low level hooks if it wants to protect against keyloggers)? The only time you need to worry about keyloggers is if you are banking or shopping on-line. So just delete the contents in your browsers sandbox before you ba...

Sandboxie is my favorite security software - it's an integral part of my (on-line) life. I once vowed to myself that I would never pay for security software (they never really protected me) but after using Sandboxie for a couple weeks back in 2008, I decided that I needed to support it because I was...

is there any way to allow images to bypass the recovery prompt window? I download several images, and I have to click for each one to be recovered Also, when the recovery window pops up for the first time, you can check the little box at the bottom of the window that says - "Don't prompt again for ...
