I just tested in Windows 8.1 It did not even run an unique instance of the game, much worse than Windows 7.

Tested with VPN. The problem still continues.
I can open my main account outside of Sandboxie and two accounts in Sandboxie. More than 2 The Reliable Connection Issue appears.

I talked to a specialized user and he told me that if this error happens, it is recommended to open each Sandbox with a VPN, so we will have different IP's open for each instance.
I will try this now.

I don't think installing Windows 8.1 will fix this issue, once my friend have Win8.1 and just can open 2 Sandboxed CS:GO without having problems.

There are people saying they are succeeding without problems. I can only open two accounts. My friend can not even open one.
It does not make sense to be a PATCH because if it really were we would not even be able to open CS:GO in Sandboxie.
Anyway, any news?

I use Windows 7 Ultimate.
I'm from Brazil. And this issue started yesterday.

Today, in morning, the problem has disappeared.
I got through several accounts again and it worked.

I was trying a few minutes ago and it's giving me trouble when I use the third CS: GO in the Sandbox.

In the morning yes, now 07p.m isn't working anymore...

I can play with 8 Cs:Go again here!

It's working again for you or not?

I'm having this issue since hours ago too... never happened before.
