Sandboxie Support

Tested in two VMs, Windows 7 x64 & Windows 10 x64 CU Fully Updated.
Installed Java 8 x64 in the box.
Installed Angry IP Scanner 3.5.1 in the box.
It installed and ran for me on both. Sorry, just not seeing the issue at this end.

I'd recommend checking the NTFS permissions for the sandbox folder and change them if needed for the one added to d:\

hrm, yeah, offhand I don't see anything that might even cause Sandboxie to try and expand %temp% though there are plenty of other variables in there they don't seem to be involved in the error as reported. hmm, If you added it via the GUI at Sandboxie Settings > Resource Access > File Access > Blocked Access you'd only want to add as the other part is the rule as it should exist in the Sandboxie.ini after being added (or adding it to the ini manually)

Glad you found something that helped but sadly I STILL cannot produce any problems with this setting enabled (it is by default, apparently)

It might be easier to reproduce the case if this software had a name or even a url fro which to grab it. I'm not keen on java or the related programs so hunting for a match isn't exactly on my to-do list....
