Sandboxie Support

What excepted IPC, Filesystem, registry and loading drivers privileg, is protected by the current version of sandboxie?
This is I think an quite important information.

I have VPC from M$ and also the VMServer from VMWare installed and absolutly no problems with SB.

I know that SB and SVS works in a simmilar way, but never the less what it does is completly different. SVS isn't a sandbox it is a software management solution. And it provides only verry small protection, it allows the software to do everythink except it intercepts all file and registry operations...

Hi, I got a free copy of "Altiris Software Virtualization" and unfortunatly it won't work together with Sandbixie, when I load some "layer" I can't use Sandboxed programy anymore, with a few exceptions all app's seems to have file access problems, for example on C thay see only what is in the SB no ...

I have somehow problems to get it to work,
could you please describe step by step what to do to reproduce the CLOSE thing an the code injection

Do you meen http://programmerstools.org/node/348 ? To inject code have you also used this app? He told me it was peanuts to break out of any sandbox or VM environment. Escaping an SB can be indeed possible when a week point is found sure, but I have string doubts that it is possible to escape from a...

Just run it once inside the SB and once outside and compare the made registry snapshots (the path to stor ethem should be marked in SB ad OpenFilePath)

It would be nice to have some global hotkeys for example ctrl+alt+R to show the run program sandboxed dialog.

It would be cool to have all this message boxes from the SB driver have displayed in such nice balloon tooltips from the taskbar icon of the SB controll App,
instad of this nasty old fassion message boxes in the midle of the screen...

but I think for booth requests it would be sufficient to apply it only to new created file/registry handles,
how would it work for Pipes and such objects?

I dont know how complicated it would be but
I would like the abbility to can sandbox an program allready loaded outside the sandbox.
And the ability to move an sandboxed application outside the sandbox
without having to restart it.
