Thanks Bo,

I have grown to trust Sandboxie so i for one won't be ditching it for an alternative.

Sandboxie is always number one for me but i just wanted to have both running on my system.

Thanks for your reply.

I adjusted BD settings but it made no difference.

The browser Toolbar and the Wallet functions of BD do not work for me still in Chrome sandboxed.

I am on the latest stable version of SboxIE

Anyone know if the latest Beta resolves this issue ??

Cheers Bo, Just adding acrord32.exe in forced programs seems to open all PDF files sandboxed. I have tweaked the settings as you mentioned. I now have a sandbox with Chrome sandboxed and PDF's sandboxed as well as a couple of full programs i am testing. Are there any other regular type programs to s...

Sandboxing Adobe PDF reader

Hi,

Can someone confirm if i have correctly set-up a sandbox for my PDF reader to open sandboxed.

All i have done is create a new sandbox and placed acrord32.exe in forced programs.

Is that all i need to do or is there something else?

Thanks in advance for any responses.

Are you using an unsandboxed Windows Explorer for both operations? I think that's the best way. I tried it using unsandboxed and also sandboxed Explorer, and my only "problem" was when I Pasted the folder into the sandbox using sandboxed Explorer. It complained that the folder already exists, becau...

If i highlight a folder within a sandbox and cut/paste this to my real desktop, this works fine however if i then run the same folder sandboxed to put it back in its original sandboxed locat...

[0.04] Beta - Set Parent displays when opening WL Mail

Hi,

I keep getting a message saying "set parent" every time I open Windows Live Mail.

Its annoying but I dont think its causing an issue running WLM sandboxed.

Any help to remove this message would be appreciated.

Thanks

Andy

The crash of Windows Explorer described in this topic seems to be caused by some incompatibility with avast. I fixed it by updating the avast compatibility settings to block the avast DLL (snxhk.dll) for the Windows Explorer process. It seems to work well enough, please let me know if you encounter...
