I tried. I had IPC as * open but even closing it doesn't work. Here's my continuum log: [continuum] Enabled=y,stisev ConfigLevel=7 AutoRecover=y Template=BlockPorts Template=LingerPrograms Template=Firefox_Phishing_DirectAccess Template=AutoRecoverIgnore BoxNameTitle=- BorderColor=#00FFFF,ttl BlockF...
What's most baffling to me is why disable UAC completely via "EnableLUA" setting fixes the problem. I do also have a somewhat off topic question If you slide the slider down on the UAC dialogue all the way down like so: http://www.bandicam.com/faqs/disable-uac-user-account-control/disable-uac-user-a...
It doesn't seem like it worked. Here's what I did: Edit SBIE configuration Added that entry Saved Reloaded SBIE configuration from menu Rerun continuum Tried keystrokes in window. Problem still exists. I tried adding entire "C:\Program Files\Synergy\" to closed file access and it still didn't help.
Attempt #2 Please note that all of this log was procued on launching notepad. I didn't see any 'new' log when starting to actually type in Notepad. And just to confirm - Synergy is running on the main system, NOT in a sandbox (right?) (Drive) \Device\CdRom0 (Drive) \Device\HarddiskVolume2 (Drive) \D...

I ran synergy with DEBUG2 mode (most detailed). This is what I get at the exact point of key press in the affected program DEBUG1: hook: 0x00000044 0x00200001 DEBUG1: hook: 0x06016444 0x00200001 DEBUG1: hook: 0x07006444 0x00200001 DEBUG1: event: Key char=100, vk=0x44, nagr=0, lParam=0x00200001 DEBUG...
Btw, have you read this -> https://github.com/synergy/synergy/issues/4055. Is it related? Wow, very interesting. Thanks for the link! I will have to test this out and get back to you. It's a lengthy process, since I have to reinstall a virgin copy of Windows 8.1 . EDIT: Just uninstalled the mention...
