henryg. I thing I might have an answer. Try Unchecking "Windows Shell Integration" in the Control Panel under Configuration. After that, Reboot your Computer and wait until Sandboxie loads. Right-click on the Sandboxie Icon and highlight the sandbox that has the undeleted files, then click Delete Co...

I downloaded that the other day. I had to really loosen up my setting just to get it to install. Of course I unchecked he extra garbage they were trying to plant on my box. It still wouldn't run without crashing FireFox. I tried to install it a few times, and then got fed-up.
