Ok. I can now confirm that the solution works. Tried on VM as well as real machine. Summary: Windows 10 Pro x64, fully patched. Sandboxie 5.14 64 bit. Installed Inventor 2017 Trial outside Sandboxie. Switching off Screen Readers does the job!!!!
In my VM, I switched off JAWS, and now I can start Windows Explorer inside Sandboxie.
Will have a closer look the next few days when I have time and report back.
