Should. Is that the latest Fast Ring release? With the holidays, not everyone has had time to run through the Beta and the new FR releases. Yes, i would ignore it. I have always unchecked the Windows & Office Licensing Services in the compatibility settings without encountering any problems whatsoever. Sandboxie scans to see if the service "osppsvc" is running on your computer. It's the Microsoft Office Software Protection Platform Service.
