Hello Aya_Tachibana, I created a user account on Win 10 x64+ Sbie 5.24 and I had no issues recovering files downloaded from web browsers. Have you checked the NTFS permissions of the locations you are trying to recover to? Are you able to recover things to other folders? (Try the Desktop, for examp...

Just tested today, with the oficial release of the Firefox 57, and it still crashes the tab (can't open any tab).
Using Windows 10 Fully updated (including FCU), and updated Sandboxie.
I tried deleting the extensions, but it still doesn't work.

Looks like that Google Chrome runs a little slower than the normal (not much, but noticeable).
