Yes, it is normal dllhost.exe wanting to run. I'd allow it to run indefinitely cause it will start popping up annoying constant messages.

Thanks Syrinx. As an IDM user I am 99% sure Syrinx's recommendation actually works. Untick Internet Download Manager. Btw I always use IDM unsandboxed, that is, compatibility case is not unticked. I see no point doing that. Besides it has a major downside at least for me: if you download a huge file...

Sbie 5.17.3 regression
I found Chrome64, MPC-HC64, IrfanView64, FastStone Capture, etc. quite laggy since latest beta release.
