Try allowing direct file access to the file that's mentioned in Sandboxie message 2102. I never used Outlook but if it is the pst file that is mentioned in the SBIE message, thats the file you need to allow direct access to.

Yes, because that copy is saved in the cache of the SB. It's not "written" to your host machine. If Outlook is saving attachments, they are being saved to the "fake" path within the SB.
