Re: 5.01 Beta Available (latest version 5.01)

Upgrade from 4.20 using combined installer was possible but I had to install 5.01 twice to get rid of issues. No Firefox errors at startup. Without Sandboxie it's like without a hand. Thank you! There is a bug. If you force MS Edge C:\Windows\SystemApps\Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_* the Micro...

PDF PAGES DON'T LOAD UP IN SANDBOXED DRAGON

This affects v. 3.76 as well as latest beta v. 4.01.05 64 bits (I run Win 7 sp1 64 bits). It happens with latest Dragon sandboxie sandboxed and the web pdf page doesn't load up normally. See the thread I've made in the Dragon section of the Comodo Forum http://forums.comodo.com/news-announcements-fe...

In fact, this problem is due to v.3.76:with brand new beta version 4.01.05 Sandboxie can work besides the CIS Sandbox without trouble.

Sandboxie interfering with resetting of Comodo CIS 6 sandbox

I use mainly Sandboxie for surfing. Sometimes I use a Comodo Cis 6 (version 2708) browser. Problem is the resetting of their sandbox is runned correctly with Sandboxie installed on this computer. Looks like two vitual sandbox processes interferes somewhat. When I remove Sandboxie, the Cis 6 sandbox ...

I mislead you. In fact, it worked because two reputation add-on were missing, the AVG-LINK SCANNER and the McAfee Site Advisor, but it was removing AVG LINK SCANNER that did the trick!!! McAfee Site Advisor has nothing to do but is a big elephant when it updates, you must do a clean install to make ...

just switch to aurora then switched back to FF beta. Lost all my extensions, so I installed all but mc afee site advisor and avg and now PROBLEM IS SOLVED. Termination in firefox is prompt and swift as the more add-ons you put the heavier it gets!

I disabled all the add-ons, then re-started FF, closed it, then restarted in sandboxie. Without the add-ons, the problem is gone. So this is solved, one of the add-ons must be interfering with the close process. Since I want to keep all my add-ons, I'll have to right-click the "terminate all program...

FIREFOX 9.0.1 and beta 10.3 & Sandboxie 3.62 &3.63.3

FIREFOX 9.0.1 and beta 10.3 & Sandboxie 3.62 &3.63.3 beta ( 64bits):the automatic delete invocation takes for ever and doesn't seem to work unless you click " terminate all programs" underlying FF has problems to terminate to completion when sandboxed. I run Win7 SP1 64 bits and have tickcled experi...

No. Had to reinstall Malwarebytes v. 1.22, don't know why, it went corrupt. Now scanning normally. I'm only complaining about the 2-3 minutes opening browsers like FF 3.0.1 or Opera 9.51. Winmail time to start-up seems ok!

What about a malware blocking deletion by Sandbox? Is it possible. We would then be better off with an antivirus like AVAST and sandbox. I think the sandbox application start-up should be speeded up a bit more as it is much too sloww for FF (2-3 minutes) to start-up.

SANDBOXED APPLICATION START-UP FF 3.0.1 SLOW/MALWAREBYTE'S S

http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=37200.0 FF3.0.1 in Vista Sp1 takes at least 2.0 minutes to start-up sandboxed (otherwise it's normal). I also have problems scanning with some security software like malwarebytes. I have AVAST for Home Edition v.4.8.1227, Comodo3 Firewall with Defense+ON v.3.0...
