Read-Only Access: C:\Programs and Windows The only problem that might occur is if some other program, that uses the same sandbox, sees and uses the new files that are inside the sandbox, instead of the original files that are outside of the sandbox. Only occurs to apps installed in sandboxie... Ahh...
