Just installed my new game sandboxed, it crashes instantly when i start it. "Shift.exe has stopped working"
I looked in resource monitor and allowed all it wanted access too, i ended up allowing everything possible, still crashes.

If i open notepad i get a list of the same DLL's only with an O in front of it, not X

The reason why i blamed this was, if i open up those IPC's the game works...

Almost all games i installed in my sandbox don't work anymore, i looked in the resource access window and noticed all IPC access to the most basic DLL files gets blocked. there's no way of shielding every option a program has to detect it's being ran sandboxed.

I've learned to deal with this problem by just keeping things sandboxed, even in real workspace.

i also like to pack exe's and dll,s specialy since these days nobody seems to care about size anymore, game executables grow as big as 50mb for a single file, if packed barely 5mb remains, well it's a small effort and gains a lot if you pack things a lot, if that was a lot of games, counting upto 50...

usualy these are programms that install a driver that gets loaded during windows startup,
as you might know, sandboxie does not support drivers.

it could also be a service, but you could just start that manualy (run "services.msc" sandboxed)

x-trap uses a driver, you won't be able to run it sandboxed

returnil for trying software that requires to install drivers or not working in sandboxie.

I'm not using the razor release, i bought my game , im using the razor nodvd patch though.

I just refuse to install tthose games with original executables, since they all require suckurom or something similar to poison my system..
