There is other software for drive snapshot/restoring as it is somethink completly different from what SB does there is no need in havong booth functionalitier in one application. Try software like deepfreez or simmilar. If you insist on using SB you could modigy the default shell of windows so that ...

So am I right assuming that PatchGuard is actualy not designed to fight rootkits as any rootkit could uses the way SB does and does its thing?

Strange, I tested it now with an new layer with an other software installed and it works it also works with an empty layer. But with the first layer witn an other software is fails (there was a dl manager called GetRight installed) I tested an other layer with adobe and it works also, so it seems it...

I tested the 7.8 and altiris and it still does not work properly, when a layer is loaded and I try to start a program in sandbox i get an error: SBOX2604 Cannot mount registry hive [C0000034 / 33].

When I have something aleady running in the SB mor apps starting works fine.

hmm... that's strange, I tryed it yesturday with an SB'xed regedit and it wont work, today its working.... I must have been doing somethink wrong.

How about having an obtional different marks for Sandboxed Programs insatd of this [#] ... [#].
I would like somethink Red edges for Sandboxed windows, it would be cool if I could specify different colors for different sandboxes.
