BitDefender 2008 - SBIE2205 Sevice Not Implemented
Hi,
When it installed, it gave the error:
SBIE2205 Service Not Impelemented: WMI IWbemServices 14
I am running WinXP+SP3.
It wouldn't run when I executed it from within the sandbox.

ESET Smart Security - installer would not work
I hate the way that anti-virus programs slow your system down. So, I tried to install a 101-day trial version of ESET, in a sandbox, from: https://secure.eset.co.uk/CustomerPortal/Pages/Trial/Request.aspx Its a promotion from PCMag, so enter "PCMAG" in the promotion screen, and select "ESET Smart Se...

Issues with a combination of NinjaTrader + IQfeed
Heres how to reproduce the problem: 1. (un-sandboxed, normal) Install IQfeed, from: http://www.microchipc.com/download/iqfeed_client_4_5_0_2.exe NOTE: IQfeed is *not* installed inside the sandbox. 2. (sandboxed) Install NinjaTrader v6.5 from: www.ninjatrader.com NOTE: NinjaTrader is installed inside...

Sandboxie is awesome and I love it!
Same as subject. Nuff said.
It stops my computer getting clogged up, and running really slowly.

Thanks! The reason I'm trying to run things sandboxed, during evaluation, is that my system gets clogged up and incredibly slow after about six months of usage. I had to reinstall Windows last week, as I had installed some rogue program that killed Windows on a reboot. So - I don't really need to ru...

Licensing program states "Unable to write to hard drive
Hi,
I am trying to install MetaStock v10.1 Pro (from http://www.equis.com/) using Sandboxie.
It says "Unable to write to hard drive" - I'm assuming its trying to do a direct write to the hard drive.
The License Manager is (c)2006 Nalperion Ltd/Inc., v4.2.9, April 30, 2007.

Doesn't work with SierraChart
Tried Sierra Chart from www.sierrachart.com.
No luck.
Once it was installed, instead of running the program, it did nothing.
The Sierra Chart worked fine when I installed it normally.
