Are you using any Windows Policies?

Please post your full configuration file:
Configure --> Edit configuration
Copy-paste the output
Highlight the output and click on the "</>" button to format it.

I can repro now that I have steps. It only seems to affect the Fast Ring version of Windows (I couldn't repro on stable Win 10 x64) .

The devs are aware and we'll update this thread if anything else comes up.

I have tested both x86 and x64 using Sbie 5.24. I can launch web browsers, as well as random apps such as notepad.

If you have any additional settings in place, or are using anything specific sbie settings , please let me know.
