Sandboxie Support

Hi, I'm running a game client instance in sandboxie.. Inside this sandbox, I also run an autohotkey script. The script calls for simple keyboard and mouse functions. Press button, click mouse etc. The script doesn't seem to activate unless the sandboxie window is active. Is there anyway to keep this...
