Appreciate the quick reply. Yes, I told him to run in safe mode, disabling only all add-ons, then see if normal mode works. But for now I am mostly interested in finding out if this is a unique problem. I suspect he may have installed a bad add-on outside the sandbox, but has not deleted the sandbox...

You can always test it by Opening up the main sandboxie window, clicking File and "Is Window Sandboxed", and drag the icon over Chrome. That will tell you if it is in fact Sandboxed.

I am not worried about. Merely reporting it in case it is a glitch in SB.
