GameGuard has been known not to work with Sandboxie for at least 3.5 years now. There's nothing you can do to get GG to run sandboxed.

This is one situation where the Internet Restrictions would have come in handy. From now on, if you have something you dont trust, run it inside a sandbox with NO programs allowed access to the internet.
