Re: Steam In-built Webbrowser
See http://forums.sandboxie.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=23754 please Better search before posting. Thank you so much. I did, in fact, search both here and on Google and I didn't find a working solution. I even considered giving up a sandboxed Steam just to see it it would work outside a sandbox...

Steam In-built Webbrowser

It all works in Big mode, so it's not an issue with the connection. I even created a completely new Steam sandbox and installed a completely clean Ste...

steamwebhelper.exe canceled by Sandboxie
Hi! So this problem appeared today . Apparently, for some reason, Sandboxie quits steamwebhelper.exe which means that Steam cannot show any web pages (this includes the store as well as community related pages). Note that online gaming works fine, and I have no problem chatting or reaching Steam clo...

Re: Making sure I understand how this works
BoxWithSandInside: Wow I love your username. Thank you so much for the information. Here why I asked: besides wanting to make sure I understood everything properly there was another reason. I just reinstalled Windows. All of my software is legal, either purchased or Open Source. However, I am no lo...

Re: Where are all these options?
That's quite sad. Does that mean I have to revert to an older version in order to be able to use them?Bellzemos wrote:Those options are completely removed from version 4 on.

Re: 2 quick questions (Wireshark, VPN)
Why would you run Wireshark inside a sandbox? There's a portable version if you don't want to install it. See https://wiki.wireshark.org/WiresharkPortable.

Re: Where are all these options?
Does these options still exist (moved somewhere else) or or they removed completely from the software?bo.elam wrote:The Low level and Hardware option don't exist anymore. They were done away because they were rarely used and did not work too well. The webpage needs to be updated.

Where are all these options?
On http://www.sandboxie.com/?RestrictionsSettings this image is shown, with five different options. http://www.sandboxie.com/img/NewGui/RestrictionsSettings.png However, when I click "Begränsningar" (literary means "Restrictions" in Swedish) I only see three: https://i.imgur.com/6siCyZV.png Where ar...

Re: Using FRAPS with sandboxed applications?
I have the same problem and it does not seem to work.
Tried adding *\BaseNamedObjects*\FRAPS* to IPC-Access, but I have had no success so far.
