Worth a try.. you don't need QT, the alternative is enough as it installs only the plugs of QT and doesn't install the other crap that comes with QTtzuk wrote:Do you think if I install that latest QuickTime that would be enough?

Hi tzuk, it's definately not Altiris, I already tracked it down to QuickTime itself. Altiris doesn't do anything, I just mentioned that because it could have lead to corrupted registry-entries for QT. I had QT installed before the probs, then installed iTunes with Altiris which unfortunately install...

QuickTime plugin start crashes SBed Opera
Hi there, I recently got my new iPod and had to install iTunes for updating the firmware and it installed QuickTime 7.3 along. As I use MediaMonkey for my mp3 lib and sync with the iPod, I installed iTunes and QT with Altiris SVS, a software virtualisation tool similar to VMWare and SB. Because of A...

i guess it started recently after you installed a new program. ;) this could be handy http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/ after you install unlocker, you get a new entry to your context menu. just right-click the sandbox folder and choose "Unlocker" and it will tell you which process still uses the fo...

Did anyone try? Sorry, I'm swamped with work lately. Right now I use a workaround and start IE in another box to have my favs.. still it doesn't work when I use my "Open in IE" context functions in Opera as IE is started in my WebApps box then. So if anyone has a clue, please let me know. I hope I'l...

Hey, can you list your personal settings? Or are they too... well... personal. :P I wouldn't mind, but a list of all inis would be too much for this forum ;) But I uploaded my archives with the ini files which I add to the installation portable http://rapidshare.com/files/67030680/operausb_custom.z...

Check this - empty your sandbox, then start Opera. Browse the contents of the sandbox in the real system. Is your IE favorites folder in there? No, it's not sandboxed when I start Opera.. I now tried with a standard Opera@USB without my personal settings and IE shows the favs. Somehow another of my...

a small sugestion to check if sandboxie is alredy installed instead of checking the path 'c:\program files\sandboxie' I don't think that's the way wraithdu coded that anyway.. when I tried the portable on my machine with a local install, the launcher checked if the driver was installed and shut dow...
