No AV is installed on the system. Had already disabled firewall before testing to make sure that
wasn't the issue. Went back to Sandboxie 5.14 until issues (update and activation) can be resolved.

Hello bo.
I have decided to keep my default sandbox settings hardened as much as possible since I
use that sandbox the most and only occasionally play youtube videos. I did create another
sandbox for flash with less restrictions and now the videos play. Thanks bo for responding.
