Re: 5.01 Beta Available (latest version 5.03.3)

I think Curt was meaning to have you check internet restrictions in SBIE. It can prompt that 1307 error. It's under Sandboxie Control > Yoursandbox Settings > Restrictions Yep, I did check all the settings that and they were the same on both machines. FYI, these machines have a very high screen res...

Re: 5.01 Beta Available (latest version 5.03.3)

If you are still having this problem, have you tried to delete all Internet access restrictions and allow all programs to access the Internet? I was just wondering that myself . . . I use Windows Firewall Control By binisoft http://www.binisoft.org/wfc.php . . . I don't know if the "Order" of insta...

Re: 5.01 Beta Available (latest version 5.03.3)

To Craig@Invincea No, just the stock "Defender" is all that is running. I figure something is different, but I can't quite put my finger on it - which is why I included the Screen shot of installed programs. I was hoping an extra pair of eyes might be able to spot the issue. They are laptops for my ...

Re: 5.01 Beta Available (latest version 5.03.3)

To Craig@Invincea or Curt@invincea Is there a "Log File" that I can send regarding this post: http://forums.sandboxie.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=53&t=21354&start=705#p113666 The Hardware is identical. The installed software is quite close. Lastpass + Firefox, and Laspass + Chrome work in Sandboxie i...

Re: 5.01 Beta Available (latest version 5.03.3)

Ok, this is a little weird, but hopefully it can help chase down the issue. I am running 2 Asus UX303LB-DS4T Ultra books. I75500, 12GB Ram, 512GB SSD, w onboard video and dedicated nVidia 940M's The both have Win10 installed (non-pro). They were cleanly installed (not upgraded from 8.1). UEFI was up...

Re: 5.01 Beta Available (latest version 5.03.3)

Hmmm, v5.03.3 isn't working either. I was getting earlier, when I tried to download the file, these error warnings/messages: SBIE1307 Program cannot access the Internet due to restrictions - dllhost.exe [Browsers] SBIE2221 To add the program to Internet Access Restrictions, please double-click on th...

Re: 5.01 Beta Available (latest version 5.03.2)

I would double check the FF tool bar to make sure you are seeing "Lastpass: there. You should have a Lastpass menu view. I'm not sure if installing some programs under an Admin account and others under a Standard User (but running them as an Admin) could complicate that and how programs run and the...

Re: 5.01 Beta Available (latest version 5.03.2)

I've installed Version 5.03.2 on a Win10 machine. When I open Firefox in the sandbox it works fine. As soon as I login to my LastPass account the whole thing locks up. Using Firefox version 40.0.3 and LastPass version 3.2.16 I don't know if this is relevant so disregard if it isn't: I am running as ...

SBIE2314 canceling process Acropd32.exe

I ALWAYS get this message if I open a pdf file via a program that is running in Sanboxie and THAT program initiates adobe reader to run and read the file.

Typically if Firefox, Thunderbird, Windows Explorer (running in sandboxie) request a pdf to be opened or it will happen.

Why is that?

New info on Acrobat X not loading - Error messages

I think I might be looking at the wrong thing here. Here is a copy of the error message that the install throws me when I try to install JUST Acrobat X (version 10.0.0) in my sandbox: Exit Code: 6 -------------------------------------- Summary -------------------------------------- - 0 fatal error(s...

As I think on this some . . . and maybe this should be moved to the "Feature Request" section: Is it not possible for a program to install drivers ONLY in the sandbox? This is where my understanding of how windows, drivers, and program interaction with the OS obviously breaks down -- and is probably...

Hmmmm, after looking at it I guess that I don't set it there.

It is in the 'Sandbox Settings>Applications>PDF/Printing' section . . . .

Basically, the same questions stands.

Thanks for the help.

Configure>Software Compatibility Question . . .

Does choosing to preconfigure Sandboxie in the Configure>Software Compatibility section have any influence on programs "Installed IN" a sandbox? My understanding is that it does for those programs installed outside of the sandbox. I am trying to install Adobe Acrobat "IN" a sandbox and it is not abl...
