Gyazo Printscreen App is able to launch my Google Chrome

Gyazo Printscreen App is able to launch my Google Chrome Browser out of sandboxie. It didnt do this about 2 months ago, but I stopped using it until yesterday.
I have tried to force folders, force program, chrome.exe and folders
This is the first time ive seen anything on my system in 5 years be able to launch a browser that was forced.
Please let me know what other information is need for help on this.
