Incomplete delete

I am trying to delete the program, and all is gone excapt one file that confounds all attempts to remove it from my hard drive. That file is;
"SandboxieServer Sandboxie Service TZUK" This file is 24.5 KB.

Any suggestions?

Bring up taskmanager and see if you can kill SbieSvc.exe then try a delete.

If no go, open services and set the sandbox service to disabled - apply then try to stop it from there or reboot and delete.
