Application does not follow internet access restrictions

Sandboxie Ver. 3.76, XP Pro

I have installed Grindstone 2 ( http://www.epiforge.com/Grindstone/Download.aspx ) in a sandbox several days ago.
Today i used process monitor ( http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/ ) to monitor my network activity and strangely it showed that Grindstone application had periodically successful tcp activity (sending and receiving of a small length).

Are there occasions when something like this can be possible? For that sandbox settings, internet access is not allowed at all.


Probably not important:
It required administrator rights, i checked the box for that and installed successfully. After installation i unchecked it.
