trouble sandboxing win 8 64 bit

so i just got a new laptop since my other one broke down . my old laptop was win 7 64 and this one is windows 8 64. im trying to sandbox a pserver selesnia online, in my old laptop all i did was copy the folder the game is in and paste. after that i would always just run the folder in sandbox start the launcher and sign in and could succesfully play 2 accs at the same time. now i have done the exact same thing but the launcher wont actually launch. i have tried reinstalling 3 times and have been trying to solve this for hours and i think it might be a windows 8 thing.
