Still stuck on earlier versions

I was hoping version 4.10 would have fixed the incompatibility issues I have been experiencing when installing and running some of my media apps (e.g. portable dvdstyler, handbrake) in sandboxes with default settings. Unfortunately, the problems are continuing and I remain stuck on SBIE versions 3.7X.

I realize the problems I am experiencing with SBIE versions post 3.7X are not widespread and therefore very low-priority. (See the above word/link "post" for an explanation of the problems.) But I'm wondering if any of the more seasoned users of Sandboxie would be willing to test and confirm they can reproduce the problems with dvdstyler and handbrake. I'd be happy to PM any such volunteer or post here the step-by-step instructions; it's not very complicated.
