Cylance Unsafe
Since your software helps protect users from Viruses it's probably a good idea to contact
Cylance to investigate why they are reporting your installer as unsafe.
It should be noted that the 66 providers on virustotal.com do not report a virus.

Regarding the Cylance False Positive, it looks like they only take reports from their users. I'll see if there's another way to contact them.

Do you have any update on it? We were having similar problem with VirusTotal

Cylance closed my ticket and sent me a link to report the False Positive (the link did not work).
