Possible to sandbox whole drive / partition?

I am currently looking for a sandbox like application which can sandbox a whole drive/partition.
And that brings me to the question: Is this possible with sandboxie?

I want to sandbox my whole c:\ drive (and if possible do this automatically on boot).

And is it possible to sandbox a whole drive and exclude folders?

For example:
- Sandbox the c:\ drive
- Exclude: "MyDocuments" folder on c drive?

It seems to be possible with some adjustments but not intended for that kind of use and thus not advised.
