Different Registry for sandboxes

Hello. Is it possible to have separate Registries for different sandboxes? For example if I had a registry string located somewhere that for example has a string that says "G:\Games\Battlefield 4" Could I make an application in a sandbox think that that same registry string says "F:\Games\Battlefield 4" instead? Trying to set up Origin to have separate game installation directories. Thanks for your help!
