forced process not starting sandboxed

Post by street011 » Sun Jun 17, 2007 10:01 am

tzuk, this is actualy not a 2.9x problem, but persisted all along...

i have some msn messenger as a forced process, when i reboot my computer it launches outside the sandbox just because sandboxie hasn't started before msn does...
any way to solve this?

im unsure as to the loading order, but would this work?

unset the msn app from loading with windows
put a sandboxie shortcut for that program into the start menu's startup folder

if not sorry for wasting your time. good luck!

Ideally it would be great if Sandboxie started earlier, but easier said than done. So until that changes (which is probably never), LittleTortillaBoy's workaround is the way to go...
