[.03] IE10 quits with beta 4.07.02

IE10 quits with beta 4.07.02 (W7 64 bits). File iexplore.exe doesnt disappear, it stays in sandbox.

Reverted to 4.07.01.

I assume my issue is similar but I am running Windows 8.1 64 bit, IE11 & 4.07.02...the bowser tries to start but never gets to the home page then it just quits. Also after it quits iexplore.exe hangs in the sandbox so I need to terminate it to clear the sandbox. Reverted to 4.07.01 as well!
