Write Only + Direct Access?

Is there a way to make the downloaded files to be stored directly outside the sandbox, and at the same time to prevent a modification of the files that are already in the folder? Something like Write Only + Direct Access together. Unfortunately, it seems to me that various kinds of file access cannot be combined, it's either one, or the other.
