Google chrome middle mouse close browser button

Hi, again, all. My Google chrome (42.0.2311.152 m) on sandboxie 4.14 does not close tabs when i use the middle-mouse button. This is one of the best features to google chrome. Why is this?

Edit: My computer sometimes closes the tab with the middle-mouse button. The more open tabs, the more i need to click for the tab to close. Sometimes, i have 12 tabs open, and i need to click with the middle-mouse button 3-5 times to close each one. My computer is not slow. Here are my system specs:

Asus M5a88-m (microatx)
AMD 8120 Zambezi (8-core processor)
32 gb Corsair vengeance (ddr3-1600)
Samsung 830 SSD (256 gb)
1 GB ATI Radeon HD 6770
