Sandboxie 4.14 unable to run Team Fortress 2 without vac blo

I only run one second account, and not in conjunction with another, yet for some reason within the last 2 days I cannot join any vac protected servers anymore. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening or what settings I can change?

I know steam in the sandboxie tries to install the steamclient service on updates but it never succeeds and it never mattered before, and the main install of steam already installed that service anyways, so its already running.

I was running 3.76, updated to 4.14 and it doesn't help.
