How to change the name and delete a sandbox I created?

I created two sandboxes. I changed the name of one of them using Windows Explorer. But in Sandboxie Control > View > Switch to Sandbox, it still shows the old name and does not show the new name.

What is the proper way to change the name of a sandbox that I create, and how do I get Sandboxie Control to show this new name in the list of sandboxes?

I deleted both sandboxes that I created by deleting the folders in Windows Explorer. But Sandboxie Control still shows these in the list of sandboxes.

How do I delete sandboxes that I previously created so that they no longer show up in the Switch to Sandbox list?

I am asking about the sandboxes themselves, not just their contents.

Sorry for the premature question. I just now answered one of them. If I delete a sandbox in Win Explorer, I found that I also had to delete reference to it in the Sandboxie.ini file in order for them not to show up in the list of sandboxes in Sandboxie Control.

I suppose changing a sandbox's name will also have to be edited in Sandboxie.ini.
