Can you set Run Sandboxed items on sandbox to load custom

I have some programs that I would like to appear on the Run Sandboxed option and I was wondering if there's a way to add items to this menu?

There isn't any way to do that practically. (Not a Registry hack. Not limited to a Resource hack. Hardcoded stuff.)
