Multiple Drives/Partitions

Is there any quick simple easy way I can get sandboxie to manage sandboxes on multiple drives and partitions without having to make NTFS junction points? If there isn't, this would be a really useful feature for people like me who have small hard drives and need sandboxes on another drive to save space.
