PlainOldFavorites for Chrome browser?

Does anybody know of a Google Chrome extension that works the same way as the PlainOldFavorites extension for Firefox?
If not, can anyone advise me of a way to accomplish that same functionality in Chrome using some other technique?
(Reason for this post: I believe using an extension with the functionality of PlainOldFavorites would engage SBIE's Immediate Recovery function for bookmarks...and that's the functionality I'm seeking.)
